I am in the Northeast where things are a bit more expensive so that could be it to.I will tell you that when you pull out the capital expenditures that brings you to 1598 which increases your cash flow to 627/ monthly or $209 a door.

This property comes with a separate parceled build able lot that I just may sell to a builder to then be able to pull back out all of my initial investment.

The seacoast does have some great rentals that pull in good income, however the price tag is usually a lot higher than other parts of the state.

This may be a question for the towing company, but someone might know - does she get charged immediately when the truck is called or pulls up, or must the vehicle be physically towed.Do have to make an addendum to the lease and have her sign in it in order to collect the towing fee?

*the flat fee for the LOC is 5k and there is a processing fee of 2k*lets say I pull out all the funds available just in case I need to cover an expense I did not see coming and the monthly payment, total repayment is 157k*then i sale the property for 210k minus the total amount invested 157k profits is 53k.This is how i understand the LOC process and pay back.
