Anyone know of a good mortgage broker in the Richmond VA area that:-may have clients they are working with that just needs more time to qualify-is willing to work with me on prequal and working with the tenant buyers to assure they can qualify in a year or two-or will just look over my prospects and give me an idea if they may qualify in the near futureThanks for your help or ideas!
