@Sam erickson - good to hear from you sam and thanks for advice - we still need to do a deal together@justin windham - Thanks for the advice Justin - will shoot out a demand letter today@Brian Pulaski - where to begin:6 months late on completing the job, pushed responsibility for GC work on my partner saying he was too busy, not managing the trades including plumbers, not completing deck as promised, was paid for garage but will not complete.He's been paid 100% of his contract estimate but left numerous unfinished portions, the biggest problem is he sat on itfor months not doing anything claiming he did not have enough help - he's disputing some of the charges which were overpriced to begin with .

Nobody really knows how stable the oil field will be but I can just about promise you, the oil field isn't going away in the near future, but it will probably be a roller coaster ride as in it's history.

If I can interpret what I think you're saying, is that she has defaulted on loans 4 and 5 and is hoping that they just eventually go away and nobody ever comes after her for them.I'm far from an expert in this area, but I can promise you that any institutional lender is 100% guaranteed to not simply forget about their loan to her, and she'll probably have collections people bug her for years.
