Hello all, Is anyone familiar with the REI meeting location in Cleveland, Oh? Looking to partner with serious Multi Family investors in the Akron, Cleveland, Columbus and Toledo areas. Am currently evaluating several parcel deals for purchase (8 units, 5 units, 7 units) looking specifically to generate and stabilize multiple monthly rent incomes. I have run the preliminary numbers on the 8 unit (most promising) and am ready to partner with a veteran investor not afraid of answering questions!
