I sadly don't believe that is possible because even in the more rural locations we used to build they were sticklers on the zoning requirements in the area especially if the location you want to rezone is surrounded by R1 zoning.On the more positive side though, since you are house hacking as you progress through the year and collect rents, you will be able to write off the entire loan most likely as both rents will be going against your mortgage payment.

A lot of flippers have been lucky as of late because the market has been so hot that as the flip has progressed the appreciation has really helped their numbers, but I am not sure that is the case in Euless.

Almost always I had to name the local municipality supplying the permit as additional insured on the policy.When I progressed to new areas, I sometimes had to produce my current GC license and purchase (gain) a temporary GC license in that municipality just to complete the projects I had planned.
