Unfortunately we do not work in the mobile home park space; it is not desirable enough for us.There will be a lot of people here who are more advanced than I am personally, but are not at the level of my firm professionally... it's a HUGE gap. ;)

Hi, @Melissa Gittens…I help our broker, David Panzera, refer professionals to our investor clients and we do refer out his eviction attorney when the issue arises, as he's been working with him for years and knows his stuff.

Ironically, although it’s not within walking distance of the local university, the tenants are a young professional couple, both employed by a local university.

I am looking to get into the wholesaling side (as are many others) and I have found a great person to help me on my journey!
