I was trying to find some leads/ wholesalers/ realtors who could help me.... along with any other investors who could give me some helpful tips or two.

I wanted to ask the community for any tips you might have on where to begin learning this business and possibly some guidance on what kind of work I could be seeking out as a student with no background in this industry.

This includes schools, neighborhood feel, whether the houses in the neighborhood are well maintained and whether the specific house is one she would want to raise kids in. 

Saw some interesting houses at Ashland auction, any tips with auction homes?
