If you pick tools that “play well with others” and connect to each other, you could have a system that you and your team uses that is separate from your accounting system.

@David Almasy you can easily manage it yourself with Airbnb/VRBO, a few automation tools, and a smart phone. 1 property won’t take you more than 30 min a week once you get it all set up.

People aren't going to see their dentists, optometrists, even primary care physicians, at least not enough to warrant demand from medical labs supplying tools, materials, supplies, etc.

Knowing what your options are, allow you to take a bad flip and make it a profitable rental, a bad rental and make it a profitable lease to purchase, if you own a lot and you are not building, lease to make a community farm, they are popular and can earn you cash.
