If the individual is good at living within their means and investing the cash flow vs. consuming 'stuff' then they likely already know the answer and should be investing outside of the 401(k).I wouldn't suggest investing in a 401(k) for the sake of 'diversifying'.

If you want to be passive and use property managers, save yourself the headache and look at the RE crowd funding platforms.

Real estate eats into my days but our "daytime" company consumes a lot of time at nights and weekends, so it's all a wash.

I believe Kigo is the most cost effective, as it is tailored to smaller VR management companies, and the rest of the software platforms target legacy VRM's who are looking for software.
