If you have a good JADU candidate you may be best served by being patient. 

I am not saying you can’t find good deals, but you have to be very patient in this market.I would suggest checking whether the numbers work on this deal by triaging multiple sources and methods including AirDNA, Rabbu, enemy method etc.

Dont be discouraged, just be patient and wait for the right deal.

As long as you know most people don't move with Christmas coming up in in two weeks so be patient.
