Official plans haven't been drawn up yet, so we're at least a few weeks out until actual construction will begin.

Most of the $200K is attributable to capital expenditures: new parking lot, new kitchens and baths, new electrical and plumbing.

As the world economy tanks and fear is alive and well in the streets, we are planning a (camping) road trip through the western state’s national parks.

If I were you, I'd pull the money out and park it in a high yield savings account until I need it.

We want to make sure that a buyer will be able to receive lending on the property before we decide to take it on.From what I've researched, it looks like most lenders require it to be built after 1976, not be in a trailer park, inspected by a structural engineer, and to have a "permanent foundation".

As I understand the situation in Atlanta, there is only an official moratorium on evictions for specific city of Atlanta partner organizations (e.g., Atlanta Housing Authority, Atlanta Beltline, Invest Atlanta, etc.).
