I have stopped by several times since to check the meter outside and the water is running constantly on full power and the meter read is climbing. 

So several years ago I found and joined Bigger Pockets (BP) as a free membership and with that one move I have learned about several areas of the Real Estate investors market place Rehabbing, Flipping, Wholeselling, Property Analysis, Deal Analysis, Exit strategies, Packaging a deal, Approaching Investors,  and building a power team.

Further, it's spending power is eroded by inflation.

@Mark Shelstad oh you're right i wasn't thinking about that. 2 of the rooms had new wiring as it was a 2nd living room with no power we converted to a bedroom and office.

There’s a lot to think about but I think once you identify your strategy and stick with it, is when you can really power through.

If over 60, the power of the Roth is diminished, but you can always withdraw contributions penalty free after 5  years. 

They noticed that the power line has been literally cut off.

If yours does, turn off the power, and check the main wire connections from the trailer to the furnace, and as many of the connections inside the furnace that you can. 

You assume people will be professional, but power and money corrupts.
