The indirect impact through non-tech jobs added in the economy to support those workers raises both numbers.

Otherwise, everyone in the office would need a license.Giving advice, or signing documents would be an entirely different matter.

In 2015, I closed on two houses (both co-workers at PNC) and fully understand how tough it was to juggle both jobs and provide acceptable service to my clients.  

During these years until the present, I also worked from time to time doing repairs and improvements independantly in various buildings from offices to warehouses from vacant houses that were barely standing to homes (on occasion) who’s valued more than a couple of million dollars.
