Now, if you were actually CLOSING every deal, and telling the sellers you intend to close, possibly do some repairs, and then resell they might not meet that idea with as much objection as if telling them you intend to make thousands of dollars by simply selling the contract.

My quesion is: If anyone can recommend on an inspector that can run inspections on all 3 houses including - Pest test- Well test- Septic system test - Lake test (the land has 3 lakes)By the way, the inspector can be from other places in NC not just Polk County (we want an objective professional who is not affiliated with brokers/owners etc..)That would be more than helpful.
