[Calc Review] Help me analyze this deal

Hey guys,  I've started analysing deals consistently and here's my most recent deal I've done. The best way to put it is am I analysing properly? I played a bit conservative. I used retometer to get rents, 2400 for both. 20 down mortgage at 7.5.
