Please provide your real name and a copy of your lease so you can move from alleged tenant status to a real person.Now regarding your uninformed comments on values and rates of returns, let it suffice to say that the City recorded documents prove all values and resales independently of those ignorant of the actual details like yourself wondering about things and postulating their worst negative projections .

The question is how much..I'm currently negative cash flow on it to the tune of .... a "G".. including property taxes and HOA; I bought it with no money down back in 2005, and refinanced a year later.
