Anyone have any tips, tricks, or recommendations on how to navigate this and have any recommendations on large sectional couches that are worth the investment?

After pressing '1' for English and navigating the maze of directory options, I finally gave up and started pressing '0' until it said I was being transferred to a low paid hourly worker who would not understand my question, her job, and absolutely would be of no help to me.

But I assure you I am just here to learn how to navigate through the system and build wealth.

It makes sense to many - myself included - to accept the system we are powerless over and to learn to navigate accordingly: Flawed as it may be, there is still opportunity in it.

This is a huge learning curve for owners since you have to navigate so many different areas at once.  

Key is you need a great team in place to make sure everything runs smoothly, everything looks great on paper, but in reality you will always hit road blocks along the way, navigating these is key.If you leverage correctly and have a good plan and pipeline in place you will grow extremely fast, especially if you continue to do value add on larger portfolios.
