In retrospect it seems like a really obvious thing, however.Fannie Mae will in fact lend to a revocable living trust, provided that it's underwritten and guaranteed by a natural human person in said trust.I think it's certainly worth running the idea past a lawyer.

Naturally, there are plenty of considerations when settling on a location; however, irregardless of where you choose as an out-of-state investor, finding a group of professionals you can trust in that location is priority number 1 (reducing the need to be present at the location of the property to a minimum is paramount).
