I'm not trying to be an a$$ or attacking you personally; it's frustrating seeing new people post in the middle of a transaction "what's next".

Woke up to the sound of drums beating in the distance every morning and was woken up to drunken English chants every night from below my balcony..

We dug around the exterior perimeter and replaced the footing drain pipe that had gotten full of dirt, sealed the exterior foundation walls, added a drain across the middle of basement to the footing drain (used a cement saw instead of sledge hammer), tied the drains to a sump pump.
