With rent prices so crazy in SF that you can make $100K and not afford to live in the city I really think innovative solutions like tiny homes can be a game changer for real estate investment.

I unfortunately have a lot of my funds tied up for the next 3 months and I was wondering if there were any creative financing solutions anyone is aware of for turnkey properties such as this one.

If your stationed outside the United States then a full-service turnkey solution provider will likely be your best option - especially from a time perspective.  

If the only issue is the odor, I would use Simple Solution or Nature's Miracle, both found at Pet Smart.  

But since I'm on a 30-yr fixed, I think this may be the best solution for my situation. 

Nice area a little west of Pittsburgh.Originally I had a manager all setup, but there have been some issues that made that "solution" impossible.I own several units North West of here in New Castle in Lawrence county, about 25 miles away.

It's wide plank/modern and its vinyl so it should be water proof.
