The medical field would collapse without you guys!

I work in the medical field and am not quite handy as of yet but I do have an interest, to say the least.

I don't people are paying enough attention but food inflation will cause people to act irrational and the medical industry is on it way to popping similar to the real estate bubble

Hello, Fellow investors,I'm looking to buy around Johns Hopkins Medical Center and rent it out to staff and students in the hospital. 

Of course, this being California, not sure I can even restrict the use, due to the "medical marijuana" excuse.  

I work in metal fabrication and we do business with multiple industries from medical equipment suppliers to heavy equipment manufactures.

High asset prices + 20% unemployment + no traction on the medical front = underwriting that is not even close to hitting target returns. 

About me: - Graduated with a degree in Engineering Physics with an emphasis in Mechanical Systems from Murray State University- Graduated college and moved to Cincinnati area in summer of 2017- I work as a design engineer at a large medical device company- Hobbies: Building things/tinkering, playing music (classical guitar and regular guitar, cello, bass, etc.), building and flying remote control aircraft, kayaking, fishing, hiking, being outside in general.
