Not a big deal but did want to let you know.Also, on another matter, when you click on the link for "All posts from [user]" under someone's profile (mine or anyone else's that I've tried), there are two tabs - "All posts" and "Started Discussions".

If you sold your MI house for $400K and 200K of it was debt then you would need to purchase at least $400K of real estate and use all $200K in proceeds.The number of properties does not matter - the dollar amount does.

The fist thing we are taught is on the offer to write "Your Name and/or Assigns" - however, this doesn't matter as the language allowing the seller to void your assignment controls irrespective of whether you write "and/or assigns."

With this in mind, is it better to say I am interested in purchasing the house and then risk be ignored if they aren't interested, or simply say I wish to speak with them concerning a matter on the  house, for example, so they would need to call to find out what the issue is, and I can remove them from future efforts if they aren't interested?
