Adding additional assets, a familiar market, buying a house "for free" as I call it, and gaining experience with lower level of risk How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

I offer this exact deal in my markets. 

The interest rates are what they are but the down payment is the kicker for easier entry into that market. 

Not ideal, but their assessments are still double digits under true market value.

The rates below are avg for my market.  

Fort Lauderdale is a great market if you can get a lot and build on.

Hi, I'm looking to turn my first house into an income generating property and am weighing the benefits of LTR versus a blend for STR/MTR in Denver. 

So while the Just market value is $635,953... it is being taxed like it is only worth $358,356.  

I tried it in three different markets and never got anything from them.
