I was the real estate manager for Georgia for the largest AirBnB arbitrage company in the world before becoming a real estate agent here in Atlanta specializing in furnished rentals.

I found that Air BNB and Booking.com were the best platforms for finding and managing guests for short term stays and that furnished finder worked well for mid term rentals.

My property manager handles the majority of my repairs, etc.  

I own and manage several single family rentals.

Are there any realtors in those areas or property managers might give me a little more insight on those areas?

They have horses and other farm animals and have been exemplary in maintaining the property and managing minor repairs independently.A recent search revealed zero similar acreage properties available for rent, underscoring the uniqueness of this rental home.

When I first considered buying in the US I considered North Chicago as I know and like it but I'm aware of the high property taxes and question the longevity of the market there with a declining population and all that.I live overseas currently so any purchase will be remote for me and I will get it managed, I may never even see the place so I'm quite open to where I could buy.I wanted some thoughts on the best places to invest?
