I was thinking to utilize a DSCR loan for my 2nd Multi family purchase this year? 

Having worked in and around real estate including loan side for both residential and smaller specialized commercial (medical), renovation and new construction/new build with a broker & brokerage founder (who has since retired) I know from him that in addition to reputable property managers, contractors and architects we had accountants including a forensic accountant on the loan side and a handful of real estate attorneys with one on retainer.

VA loan How did you add value to the deal?

That said there are some workaround and alternative loan programs that can potentially work.  

I wanted a servicer who can benefit not only me but any loan I place with them.

I am looking into longterm vs short term rental options as well as financing options.

I am also waiting on my VA disability which will act as another source of income while allowing me to qualify for the VA loan, yet that is a wild card option.

Would you keep for the long term or sell this property?

In the process of trying to do a full cash out refi right now into long term non-recourse debt.
