There are plenty of places that offer proof of funds letters.

It was my third letter to her over about 6 months.

I, however, haven't found a thread on what to include in my direct mail letter.

I have purchased a list now and want to send out a mailing of yellow letters or using click2mail or some direct mailing agency, whichever is the most cost effective.  

Try to get a loan letter from your lender that states how long it should take to close your loan and the maximum amount you qualified for.I am sorry that this is so long but I am 60 and are quite opinionated.  

However if you are wondering about the proof of funds because they are asking how you will fund the purchase you will have to get a letter of intent or such from the hard money lender and you can mark that on the offer.

., from the threads I have seen here, I'm not entirely sure how I would type up a direct mail letter if I'm not coming off as a wholesaler.

My letter was sent back to me and read "vacant" But the only info I have is from the property tax bill from the department of finance So if the owner doesn't live in the property and the mailing address is the same...how do I find where the owner actually lives? 

I've only ever heard experienced people pronounce it as R-E-I, each letter said, but this is also my second post or so, might not be the most reliable.

Do you send the letters to their mail owner or to the house ?
