That was almost a year ago that I bought it and even inherited a great tenant that is still with me.

For myself there is very little logic in supplementing tenants rents only to see your heirs sell it upon inheritance a reap the rewards of your life's efforts.

The seller was a husband and wife in which the wife inherited the house and had her brother living in the house.
