I am in need of a structural engineer for an evaluation and design help with a mixed use building in the Ann Arbor MI area.

Use a color coded sticker system to help tell which room gets which box (red stickers for your room, blue for boys, yellow for kitchen, you get the idea).

If you don't feel comfortable with it, get more education until you do.What I saw as needing further eval: aluminum windows, roof, siding, brush/trees touching house (these help pests travel), cadet heater in kitchen, floors, pipes look galvanized (but closer inspection needed), cabs are old but not necessarily worthless.

I usually just send my stager a design slide deck that specifies which furniture goes.

@Josh Shaughnessy Apart from paint and basic updates, What I personally have found that gives me a great return on investment is updating anything to do with the kitchen, especially the appliances.
