Decorating Airbnb from out of state

Hi guys! I'm pivoting from long term to dip my toe on STR. My question is for my out of state investors. Who or how do you decorate your STR from thousand of miles away? Is it a company, the handy man, cleaner?!? Like I'll buy all the furniture but who can set it up? Thanks

I'm based in California, but I set up STRs remotely. I usually just send my stager a design slide deck that specifies which furniture goes. I then facetime my stager to make sure everything is placed where they're supposed to go before having the place photographed
