We are concerned about legally being able to charge because what happens if we have a resident with no kids or going through menopause?

I had a side hustle teaching English online to Chinese kids that turned into my main income since, it was making me about $1,500 monthly and was able to get by with also donating plasma for $400ish monthly (which I’m doing as I type).

My parents still live there and I've considered the area as one I might explore down the road due to some familiarity.

So we are also exploring the idea of single family home with an ADU.

Only one kid right now, but my wife and I plan to live here until we have two kids and at least one of them is school-aged.

You know, I thought you were kidding since you don't usually see posts like that from guys with 1k posts, but hey you never know 😂 .

What if I paid of the property aggressively with the cash flow from rent and accelerate my cash flow goals early to increase my ability to risk better deals next (de-risking my cash position while I have kids at home)? 

Since the average trip charge is $85-$100, this covers the stupid requests... like when the kid flushed a toy down the toilet and clogged it.  

At this stage in my life, I'm married with kids and it's not a realistic option.
