So to start, I am somewhat new to real estate investing as I have yet to close my first deal, but have been an avid consumer of all real estate investing knowledge for over a decade, and have recently decided what better time than now to really get actively involved in investing in real estate.

Expect the next big real estate bubble crash to be a global meltdown involving China, Japan and Europe and it will be way worse than 2008.

In theory, because you're a principal in the transaction, rather than just facilitating a transaction involving other people, you're not brokering.  

Now I have no idea what the cost would be, work involved or the necessity of doing it.

It will be a fun challenge to be involved in!

Early in his career, the investor had started off buying rental properties, moved on to small multifamily units, but got tired of "tenants and toilets", and is now involved in commercial multifamily.
