be carful with the misleaders on the internet that are just after your money.

You do a bit of internet research, go there maybe once or twice, convince yourself you've found a great market & team you can trust, buy there, lose a lot of money, and then either give up on RE or learn that investing locally is much more profitable and what you should have done in the first place.

According to my preliminary Internet research, people say that this "ownership" is proven in theLLC's Operating Agreement.

The current title "A Cozy Place Near It All" doesn't work for me as a AirBnB user, because 6 miles away from the destinations mentioned isn't near to me (subjective opinion) and puts the place in competition with places that are closer to the "All" that brings people to Dayton.

@Stan TaylorIf you're good with spreadsheets, there are some on the internet that are available.Otherwise, agents usually have them available in their MLS services or they pay for third party software/website services.

We are in 38 states right now and the states we are not in, users can upload comparable sales data from their local MLS.
