What re-inspired you to get back in the game? 

Found biggerpockets a LOOONG time ago but never stuck until I got inspired on facebook watching a old friend from high school as he did his deals and remembered how bad I wanted to give this a go... the timing feels right, he convinced me that I've sat on this dream for far too long.Looking forward to the journey!

They were inspirational as they stated i essentially performed on my promise to buy via a creative way, and essentially did what a Realtor (before I became one too) would do and find a buyer for the right situation.
