I imagine the costs may be a little bit higher than what you initially estimated but if you offered at 66 cents on the dollar, chances are you have enough buffer to make up any overages.

I definitely want to rebab, I just didn’t think I had enough capital to do so, hence the reason to want to wholesale first.But, after speaking to a private lender, with the cash on hand and my credit score, I can def buy something decent and rehab it, for sure.This was a learning experience beyond what I imagined.
