I second the suggestion to look in Montgomery for your investments, though for where to actually live for the schools I would say either Auburn, or Pike Road (which is part of Montgomery County).

Like you, I figured that having the cash flow up front to re-investĀ rather than waiting to cash out down the road was a better choice for my goals,Ā so I donā€™t mind losing the principal pay down for the higher cash flow in the beginning.
