That's why they hire a realtor to sell them for them when they are ready to be sold.Your best bet if you want to try your hand at foreclosures would be to get lists of pre-foreclosures and market to them.

Bird in the hand.. there is no shortage of old houses in the mid west that need rehab.Of course though if you hire and agent and do the we are showing it on these days and accepting contracts on this day.. in some markets you will get that over bid situation.
