A lot happened in a small window of time so it’s hard to say.

Even five years ago, most properties on my street were either vacation homes or full time residents.

It's time, though, for me to expand into new opportunities and learn more tricks of the trade to grow a robust portfolio.

If the lanlord does not match tax records that can only mean that they are lying or the property has changed hands recently and the tax records have not been updated (in Milwaukee it can take half a year..) 

And the time available to complete the process is short since there is a sale date, so we focus on making things happen smoothly and quickly.

You could probably just do the search yourself (Google etc), however skip tracing companies specialize in this and you're really paying for the expertise and YOUR TIME.
