A quick question here, when I am building a new bathroom with a shower do I need to apply the redgard material or just the purple or green moisture resistant Sheetrock is enough?

I notice you are a CPA, are you a cross border specialist or a general CPA? 

I would buy from a Wholesaler, if the deal is right, but in my area, there just are not that many houses in general, much less a ton of deals to be had, I think Milwaukee, and Green Bay Maybe, but even Madison is pretty small, everyone kinda knows everyone, or has a buddy, i would agree Wholesaling is tough,
