So a local ordinance is trying to supersede the statewide law which is not allowed but unless you have the money to take on a fight with the city, it is best to include the text.To @Bill Brandt point, being a property manager requires effort including staying aware of the various laws.  

BP family and friends,Long story short, I signed a 12 month lease with a dating couple who, after about two months got into a fight and eventually broke up.

Also if its owner occupied and you do not use a 3rd party servicer and send proper CFPB statements and they default realize you cannot collect interest on that loan (if they fight it).
