So I keep on fighting..

As a father, I disagree with the artsy-fartsy thing, cause you can't make a living doing it, but this is a fight for another day...:)I refinanced the last private money balloon I had.

You could probably back out and get a refund- if they try fighting you you would have legal grounds for recouping funds.

I have heard that they do need to have the intent to close in some areas where the Realtor boards are fighting wholesalers more and the way to get around that was to either provide a proof of funds or double close.

I heard it said once that going to court to battle something is like two fighters at the ultimate fighting championships.  

Fight it? 

Legal or not, a landlord can literally make her life horrible, so I would weigh the costs of fighting with them.

What cost am I looking at to evict this guy and how long can he drag this in court if he chooses to fight.
