@Shanae Williams I’m motivated by several things but first I want to encourage you and say that motivation comes and goes.

Some industry insiders will tell you most REO Foreclosures are not good deals, and many are not because the bank is trying to recover their investment.... but if you know your market, that neighbor hood, the pricing, features and comps, you could start to know a deal when you see one.

I appreciate the encouragement too

I mentioned that because in a software we wouldn't necessarily benefit greatly from features such as online pay and such.

I think the units that have more of a front porch or even a generous stoop are great, enough room for a chair or two, it encourages people to hang out by their door and chat.
