Hey, everybody!

I've researched REI for a long time and have been a BP member for a while, but I'm currently looking to finally get started+serious. I live in the Valdosta, GA area and always have. I'm focusing on areas near downtown and the university. I'm trying to get started as a wholesaler.

I'm 20 and have always been a student. In the past month and a half, I've applied to over 35 entry-level jobs and have only gotten 2 interviews with no luck, but I need funds soon to get started and help out my aging parents. My passion has been real estate since I was 13, and I'm ready to get serious. Thanks for reading!
