Even right now i'd start building a list of comps in your criteria, analyzing them, then putting them on a spreadsheet or some kind of organized analysis so you can quickly reference.The more you look at and underwrite properties in your criteria, the quickly you will be able to analyze and come up with profits and ARV.

If you organize in one state and do business in another, you still have to register as a foreign entity and meet the registration requirements for the state(s) you are doing business in.  

Go to a REIA meeting and ask the organizer if they can point you to some people that are interested in the same style of investing you are.

I was told in order to achieve anonymity that I have two options:1) To create a living trust owned by my wife and I, and then make the trust be the sole member of the holding LLC (by doing this, our names will not be on the articles of organization).2) To form another LLC in another state that offers anonymity such as Wyoming, Nevada, or New Mexico, and make this LLC be the sole member of my AZ holding LLC.Which option would you better recommend in order to get the maximum asset and charging order protection?
