This time she notified the HOA and is saying I need to resolve the barking dog issue and that it is solely my responsibility to resolve.Ironically the neighbor also has a dog that barks on a regular basis.

Actually - I should also make sure this is legal and not bird dogging.

Hi Everyone, One of my tenants in a triplex are a married couple with a baby and two dogs.

Is it an independent contractor agreement or another words the bird dog contract.Or am I entering into a Join Venture agreement.I don't think so but some how I got confused by the 2.

Person had no prior reviews, told me that he was in between apartments and has several service animals (sorry, but nobody has more than 1 service dog, because it costs about 10K to train one0.

I closed my first few wholesale deals in Texas and have now enlisted a few buddies to search for properties for me (Bird Dogs).

I can wait until the right property is found for my client to buy as I am looking through thousands of companies and owners in my database to locate the good properties from the dogs.

But the wrong people running that deal turned a good deal into the dog of the portfolio.
