I would argue that the premium is valid due to the value I added to the property by getting the legal structure and agreements in place, then finding like-minded buyers.I'm looking for people to poke holes in my logic.

I want to make this work and am so motivated, but I also don’t want to continue to wonder if what I’m doing isn’t legal 100%.

I am looking to do out of state investing in the Detroit Area.

Opportunity to purchase from prior owner as is in run down condition How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

I'm ready to take the next steps to get the next deal and more further down the road.

Is it possible for me to split my lot?

I was scared to even park in these places.

I understand the state laws regarding wholesaling in NY are tricky, but is it worth it to spend the money to have lawyers review or draw up my contracts?
