I know there is a big debate on this but I feel this works better for me at this time since I won't be able to answer all the calls and I can treat everyone the same.Going with what Michael Quarles suggests and letting them give me an offer but this lady wouldn't give a number, I get the feeling she is looking to win the lottery.

Maybe lower the Pro price point a bit and scoop up all of the people that have pro basic at a slightly higher price point.I'd be curious to see how many people actually have free vs pro basic vs pro - that could certainly help with the discussion.I've been debating whether to get a pro/pro basic account, and it turns into a shopping trip...what is the value of Pro vs Pro Basic...if you just put all of the add-ons into one group and price it accordingly I think it would entice more people to sign up for the one with the extra benefits.Up until the recent zip code addition, I didn't really see any benefit to the Pro over Pro basic.
