I'm debating between making it an option that guests could pay extra for if they want to use it, or just raising the nightly rent and making it an available amenity.

Not to start another major debate about script vs no-script, I suggest you at least use a 'Lead Sheet' that organizes the information that you collect over the phone. 

I have no stake in this debate, I dont own any of the yellow letter companies. 

I know there is a big debate on this but I feel this works better for me at this time since I won't be able to answer all the calls and I can treat everyone the same.Going with what Michael Quarles suggests and letting them give me an offer but this lady wouldn't give a number, I get the feeling she is looking to win the lottery.  

Maybe lower the Pro price point a bit and scoop up all of the people that have pro basic at a slightly higher price point.I'd be curious to see how many people actually have free vs pro basic vs pro - that could certainly help with the discussion.I've been debating whether to get a pro/pro basic account, and it turns into a shopping trip...what is the value of Pro vs Pro Basic...if you just put all of the add-ons into one group and price it accordingly I think it would entice more people to sign up for the one with the extra benefits.Up until the recent zip code addition, I didn't really see any benefit to the Pro over Pro basic.
