These are just a few issues unique to Chicago southside that I see daily as other peoples pain points with other PMs in the area.

I read about venture capital and business almost daily and obviously am passionate about REI, so I know more about those topics then the average engineer.  

Does that mean you go in and manipulate your pricing daily or is it just lower than normal?  

Hi @Josh Day, Fort Myers and Naples has quite a few gated communities which most of them do not allow the daily rental option. 

That said I want to start by saying that I think I have an ok income of 1200 by weekly, My credit is important to me right now it's at 750, I am currently indebted like 17k but I am serious about my bills credit says that(like really I monitor all my accounts almost daily).

Life takes constant work and adjustments to keep re-optimizing things for current life circumstances.I see people today go about their daily lives and most appear to know nothing about cycles.

The service contract provides 24/7 service and I make sure the tenant has the service number.For these properties, I get either a tenant for a small reduction in rent, or a neighbor, for a small monthly payment to sweep the sidewalks, inspect it daily and pickup trash, and change lightbulbs in the hallways.

I define passive as not having to rehab, wholesale, or any activity that requires me daily to keep the machine going...so that more or less leaves buy-and-hold of some type, perhaps buying notes, maybe something else I'm not thinking of.
