I tried calling a registered phone number with the listed owner but it was disconnected.I now need to confirm a viable solution to use to get in direct contact (preferably by phone) to the owner so I can discuss possibilities.Again, I appreciate the suggestions, and the constructive criticism.

I do also think diversification is critical as well an dont want to be 95% in RE even though at times it seems like the right thing to do.My plan is to continue to fund my 401k for 2-3 more years, then roll into a solo 401k when I go self employed.

I'll tell you the costs then tell you my experiences.Patlive is apparently the most recommended answering service out there by many many real estate circles as well as some investor friends I know.Cost is normally 100$ a month + 1$/min.I myself have used these services and found out that they are notorious for not "answering" at some critical times.
