It's condensation building up on the inside, which feeds the mildew.Rather than tearing out your house as everyone else suggests, it'll be something like caulk round the inside of the window (where it meets the wall).

At a previous job, I had ran 7 projects at one time, am an engineer, had minimum 150 employees at any given time, my structure was 1 project engineer per site, 20-30 workers per site, 1 assistant PM under me to feed info and charts, and I barely made it.

However two of our early projects involved the navigation of 3D environments {they were all wireframe or semi-opaque surfaces in those days (late 80's, early 90's) as the hardware horsepower was not there to overlay onto a generated video stream or a live feed} one being ocean floor mapping data and the second remote operation of robotics within the reactor chambers in nuclear power plants.

These amounts are not the same.Added bonus: On top of the SE Tax calculation, there is usually an above the line adjustment available which consists of the deductible half of the SE tax amount (7,065 in this case) which would further lower the effective rate of the income tax you actually end up paying.
