@Justin HoggattGranted this is mobile home parks, not multi’s or SFH but recently (yesterday) I was surprised at the number of calls received from a newspaper classified.

Trying to refinance a mobile home with a cash out but nobody is touching it does anyone know of a lending company that is refinancing manufactured homes right now.. thanks in advance for all the response and or comments

@Sean Honeycutt, While there are industry "norms", each PMC can do whatever it wants within the confines of the law.It does often get messy when owners get involved in repairs.

The idea would be to use the property as a STR when I'm traveling.When talking to lenders, it seems they have to stay within the confines of their jobs (limited from advising) and I'd prefer to consult with someone outside of the "yes/no" role and be able to lean into the "how". 

Or T-Mobile Store vs maybe an unbranded cell phone retailer.

NNN STNL is not necessary.. leasehold mobile home parks depending on set up I wouldn't either.. almost every other asset classes I would 100%.. at the end of the day you should be focusing on leveraging your time
